OBEDIENCE PUT THRUS

LRDTC offers the option of preparing for obedience trials in more trial-like conditions with our Put Thru class.  An experienced member (with a UD or above) will put each team through the competitive class of their choice, as if it were an obedience trial.  A short critique will be offered.  This class is not for training/instructional purposes, but an opportunity to perform under ring conditions.   How much or little aid given to the dog is the handler’s choice.   Food and toys may be used.  Runs will be timed, roughly based upon the average trial run time. 

Sign-up is the night of class; teams are taken in order of sign-up.  It is a drop-in class, with handlers paying by the individual run each week; no pre-registration is taken.
